Shipping & Returns
We ship all of our confectionery to anywhere in Australia (and overseas on application).
Our freight cost is calculated on the quantity and weight of products. It includes, when necessary, ice packs and other insulation in all of our packages. If you are not going to be home to accept your order, please leave an esky out, or instructions for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a cool area. Once the goods have been delivered, we cannot accept liability for melted products. We also try to ship your goods by overnight courier when possible. Please note we do not ship our products on Fridays as the risk of them melting in a couriers warehouse over a weekend can be quite high.
Please also note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Pick up from our store in New Farm is also be available. Please email me at email@example.com if you would like to pick up.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or unwanted product, but will always refund for an error that we have made. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to talk about a return.
