Winner will be selected by random draw at the New Farm Confectionery Head Office (Newstead, QLD 4006) and announced via email after 31/10/19.
To claim your prize, please contact us via reply email to confirm your name and contact details by 07/11/19. Claims presented after this date will be not be validated.
The winner must have submitted the official competition form in order to be eligible for the prize.
Additional entries can be acquired through Facebook and Instagram tags (one (1) tag per comment, each comment one (1) entry).
The Chocolate Tasting Class will take place at the New Farm Confectionery headquarters (16 Waterloo Street, Newstead QLD 4006). The class is valued at $1,500.00, is available for 10-16 participants 18+ years of age (there will be alcohol present - 1 glass of Champagne per participant), and will run for 1.5 hours. No amendments can be made to class inclusions and not all dietary requirements can be accounted for. Bookings can be made up until December 15th 2019, or after February 15th 2020. Two weeks notice of booking must be provided, with number of participants confirmed at time of booking.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to assume any risk associated with entry into this competition and release New Farm Confectionery from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise. Such releases are without limitation, and include attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages suffered.
The winners are bound by New Farm Confectionery Intellectual Property rights.
This prize may only be redeemed once, and is not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred without the written permission of New Farm Confectionery.
New Farm Confectionery may promote or advertise that a winner has won a prize in any form and on any medium.
