Made from 100% Dominican Republic cocoa beans, Bahibe takes its name from the Bayahibe Rose - a distinctive cactus flower native to the Caribbean nation. Its flavour reflects the terroir of the carefully selected beans used in the chocolate's production. Milky by nature, but flirting with the edge of darkness, Bahibe (46%) ampliphies the smoothness of milk chocolate with intense notes of cocoa and a touch of dried fruit, before revealing its full fruity tartness and ever so slight bitterness. Our bars are dusted with gold to enhance their decadence.
