A class sure to hit the sweet spot! Over the course of 3hrs, we will not only share the inside scoop on how to make the fluffiest Honeycomb you've ever encountered, but we'll also be covering off exactly what goes into crafting the perfect Brittle!
In teams of two (so be sure to convince a friend to attend) we'll work you through our failsafe honeycomb methods for creating our famous golden moutains, as well as mastering the art of our classic fan-favourite Peanut Brittle and a few premium flavous too. The best part? You'll leave our headquarters with a whole hoard of sugary goodness to take home with you!
This class is $220 per person. Class duration is three hours
What to wear?
Comfortable casual clothing is acceptable. Enclosed shoes are required, and we suggest bringing a jumper along with you as it can get cool in our kitchens.
What will we supply?
Aprons to protect your clothes will be provided to all participants, but as there is chocolate involved and we will be working in an active kitchen, we recommend keeping the 'messy' factor in mind when choosing your wardrobe for the occasion. Packaging to take your chocolates home will also be supplied.

This class is for ages 16 and above. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. This class is aimed at adults and all attendees are at adult prices. We do also run children's classes - please visit our class listings for more information.

Your Host
Our founder and owner of New Farm Confectionery, Jodie will be running this event. Jodie started New Farm Confectionery in her home kitchen and is now wanting to share her creations with you. Jodie is a fully qualified chef and loves to talk about sugar and chocolate. Jodie's favourite chocolate is Valrhona Bahibe and would happily eat nothing else for the rest of her life (except for cheese. There always has to be cheese too!).
