We ship all of our confectionery to anywhere in Australia (and overseas on application).
We offer FREE local delivery (within 10km radius of Newstead QLD 4006) Monday to Friday for all orders placed by 9am, over the value of $25. All other orders are dispatched via courier.
For couriers - our freight is FREE if you order over $100. For all other orders freight is $15. Freight includes, when necessary, ice packs and other insulation in all of our packages. If you are not going to be home to accept your order, please leave an esky out, or instructions for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a cool area. Once the goods have been delivered, we cannot accept liability for any melted products. We also try to ship your goods by overnight courier when possible.
Please note we do not courier our products (outside of the 10km radius of Newstead) on Thursdays or Fridays as the risk of them melting in a couriers warehouse over a weekend can be quite high.
