Delivery Policy

Domestic Orders
We ship all of our confectionery to anywhere in Australia.

For all orders between $0-$50 Australia wide our freight is $9.90. 
For all orders between $50-$60 Australia wide our freight is $5. 
For all orders over $60 Australia wide our freight is FREE.

All orders will be sent via courier.
 
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if your order is received before 9am.


NOTE: WE DO NOT COURIER ON FRIDAYS AS THE RISK OF YOUR PRODUCT MELTING IN A COURIER WAREHOUSE OVER THE WEEKEND CAN BE QUITE HIGH.

Freight includes, when necessary, ice packs and other insulation in all of our packages. If you are not going to be home to accept your order, please leave an esky out, or instructions for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a cool area. Once the goods have been delivered, we cannot accept liability for any melted products. We also try to ship your goods by overnight courier when possible.
 
Pick up from our flagship store in Newstead is also available. To advise us of a specific desired collection date, please email info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au with your request. 
 
  
International Orders

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Gift boxes that include alcohol (bottles of wine, spirits, etc) will not be shipped internationally. If a gift box that includes alcohol is purchased, the product will be replaced with confectionery items to equal value.

While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives safely and we ship orders with ice packs and appropriate packaging, due to international shipping timelines that are outside of our control, we cannot be held responsible for orders that melt or are damaged in transit.
