What payment methods can I use?

We accept a wide range of payment options, including Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, Diners, Apple Pay, and more.

Allergen & Dietary Information

Low Gluten

Many of our products are made using ingredients that are naturally gluten-free. However, some suppliers may process ingredients in facilities that also handle gluten, and we do use gluten in certain products. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, we recommend checking individual product pages for specific allergen information.

Low Dairy

Some of our products are made with ingredients that are naturally dairy-free, though these may come from suppliers that also process dairy. As we do use dairy in some products, we take the utmost care in our production and packaging to minimise cross-contamination. Please refer to individual product listings for more details.

Vegan Friendly

Many of our products contain ingredients that are naturally vegan-friendly. However, these may come from suppliers who also process animal products, and we use animal products in some of our other items. We take care to avoid cross-contamination, and encourage checking each product page for further details.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, we’re happy to make updates within 1 hour of placing your order, as we often dispatch same-day.
If you need to update a delivery address or modify items in your order, please email info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au as soon as possible. 

Please note that once your order has been packed and dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.
