We know the best part of baking cookies is eating the dough...and that the best part of being an adult is that no-one can stop you! We’ve made it all the more easy with our hand-rolled, bite-sized balls of egg-free, freshly made chocolate-chip cookie dough.... smothered in the finest quality couverture milk chocolate. No more stealing from the mixing bowl necessary! We like to mix up the embellishments on these pretty things. Sometimes they are gold, sometime they are pink, sometimes they have a marble finish - no matter how they look they will always taste fabulous.

Product information

Most of our products are naturally gluten free. This means we do not use ingredients that contain gluten whilst  producing these items. Please be aware that we also make products that do contain gluten. These products are made in the same premises. The utmost care is taken when producing and packaging our goods to avoid cross contamination. But please be aware that we are not a "no crumbs" premises. We also offer both dairy free and vegan options. All types of nuts are used in our kitchens.

We ship all of our confectionery to anywhere in Australia (and overseas on application).
 
Is your delivery address local (within 10km radius of 4005)?
We offer you FREE same day delivery Monday to Friday for all orders placed by 9am, over the value of $60. 

All other orders 
For all orders over $60 Australia wide our freight is FREE.

For all orders under $60 Australia wide our freight is $20.
All orders will be sent via courier.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if your order is received before 9am.

NOTE: WE DO NOT COURIER ON FRIDAYS AS THE RISK OF YOUR PRODUCT MELTING IN A COURIER WAREHOUSE OVER THE WEEKEND CAN BE QUITE HIGH.

Freight includes, when necessary, ice packs and other insulation in all of our packages. If you are not going to be home to accept your order, please leave an esky out, or instructions for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a cool area. Once the goods have been delivered, we cannot accept liability for any melted products. We also try to ship your goods by overnight courier when possible.
 
Pick up from our flagship store in Newstead is also available. To advise us of a specific desired collection date, please email info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au with your request.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer so many different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as ApplePay and others.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information please email us at info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au and we will endeavour to fix. Please note that once the order has left our premises we cannot make any changes.
How To Return My Items?
