🎄 Christmas Dispatch Update

Christmas Delivery is not guaranteed after Thursday 18th December 

 ANY ORDERS AFTER 10:00AM AEST FRIDAY 19TH DECEMBER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL JANUARY

Our final dispatch date for 2025 is Friday the 19th December
Orders placed after this date will be shipped when we resume on Early January 2026.

We’re unable to guarantee delivery for Christmas due to carrier delays and weather conditions beyond our control. 

If you have an urgent order between 15th–19th December, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to help where possible. To ensure your treats arrive safely (and don’t spend the holidays in a hot warehouse), we pause shipping after this period.

Domestic Orders (Australia Only)
We ship our handcrafted confectionery Australia-wide.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders up to $50
    $9.90 shipping

  • Orders $50–$60
    $5 shipping

  • Orders over $60
    Free shipping

Dispatch & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Each order is carefully packed with ice to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Please note: We do not dispatch on Fridays to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend where heat damage may occur.

While we do our best to protect your order, we are not responsible for loss or damage once your parcel has been delivered to the nominated address.

Store Pickup:
You’re welcome to pick up your order from our Newstead flagship store.

International Orders

We do not currently offer international shipping.
This includes all orders containing alcohol, which cannot be sent overseas under any circumstance.

Return to Sender (RTS) Policy – Reshipping Orders

When a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or delivery refusal, we are charged shipping fees both for the original dispatch and the return.

If you'd like us to resend your order, we’re more than happy to do so, however, a flat rate $20 reshipping fee will apply to cover the additional postage costs.

How to Pay for Reshipping:

We’ll send you a secure payment link to cover the new shipping fee. Once paid, we’ll promptly dispatch your order again to the correct address.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or unwanted product, but will always refund for an error that we have made, or a faulty product. Please contact us at info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au if you need to talk about a return.
