Chocolatier Vacancy

Christmas is almost here and we need the help of a fabulous Chocolatier. We are looking for someone with plenty of kitchen know-how, and with experience working with chocolate. 

Come and join us making fabulous goodies using Belgian and French chocolate. Learn how to hand-craft our beautiful rocky road, chocolate barks, dipped marshmallows.....and many more.

This position is for an evening shift. 4pm to 12pm Monday to Friday. 
This position is a contract until the 24th of December 2020 with the possiblity of extension in the new year.

Qualifications Required

  • fully qualified chef or minimum of 4 years experience
  • one year minimum chocolate experience
Personal Abilities, Aptitudes and Other Requirements
  • a strong commitment and enthusiasm
  • energetic, positive and proactive
  • ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • strong communications skills and the ability to build relationships
  • excellent attention to detail 
  • available Mon-Fri 4pm to 12pm
  • able to commit till 24th December 2020
  • You must be are legally allowed to work full-time in Australia and are not on a short-term visa
