New Farm Confectionery shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
New Farm Confectionery also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entry period
Entry is open from 9am Monday June 28th 2022 and closes at midnight AEST on Friday July 9th 2022. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw.
The winner will be announced on Monday July 12th 2022 on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
How to enter
Complete the sign-up form on the web page by providing your first name and email address.
Each individual may only enter one time.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random on Monday 12th July 2022 at New Farm Confectionery Head Office, 16 Waterloo Street, Newstead, QLD.
The prize
The prize value is $100 and consists of:
2x class passes to New Farm Confectionery's Birthday Tasting Session with Kirsten Tibballs
The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the winner is interstate, a New Farm Confectionery Mother's Day Gift Box will be substituted for the class passes. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Privacy Policy
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant's prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that New Farm Confectionery will share your name and email address with participating brands to be used for marketing purposes.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
