The 2023 Corporate Referral Program is bound by Terms and Conditions.
New Farm Confectionery shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
New Farm Confectionery also reserves the right to cancel the program if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Eligibility:
The Corporate Gift Referral Program ("Program") is open to all customers of New Farm Confectionery who wish to refer new customers to purchase corporate gifts.
Referred Contacts must be new customers to New Farm Confectionery meaning they have not made any previous purchases or engaged in any business transactions with New Farm Confectionery prior to the referral.
Employees and immediate family members of New Farm Confectionery are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Referral Process:
To be eligible for rewards under the Program, Referrers must ensure that Referred Contacts mention the Referrer's name during the order placement process.
Referrers are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure proper reward allocation.
Reward Levels:
Referrers are eligible for rewards based on the total order value of purchases made by their Referred Contacts.
Reward levels are as follows:
Tier 1 (Orders $2000 - $3500): Referrers receive a gift box from New Farm Confectionery. This will be to the value of $100.
Tier 2 (Orders $3500+ - $5000): Referrers receive a gift box from New Farm Confectionery and two workshop tickets. This will be to the value of $520.
Tier 3 (Orders over $5000): Referrers receive a grand gift hamper and two workshop tickets. This will be to the value of $700
Reward Fulfillment:
Referrers of Tier 1 or Tier 3 will receive their Gift Box/Hamper within 30 days of the Referred Contact's qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase means that the order has been placed, paid for and delivered.
Workshop tickets are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 6 months of the order being placed, paid for and delivered.
Gift items are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Program Limitations:
New Farm Confectionery reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
New Farm Confectionery is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in Referrer or Referred Contact information provided during the referral process.
General Conditions:
By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
New Farm Confectionery reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred Contact if it is found that they have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and any updates will be posted on the New Farm Confectionery website.
