Just completed the Chocolate Masterclass with Dawn. The class was excellent and Dawn the instructor was able to convey the information in an interesting and practical manner. She was enthusiastic with this enthusiasm "catching" with her students. The class was well structured and the class notes appropriate. I can thoroughly recommend this class which is not something I do often. In fact, I have already booked another class there. Just had another class, Caramels with Dawn....and another great success. She allocated appropriate time for the class, and gave every student the attention required to make the caramels work. Came away with armfuls of caramels. I will certainly plan on taking another class next year. Thoroughly recommend these classes.

We had the best workshop experience with head chef Dawn!! She was an absolute delight - not only did she make us feel so confident in her kitchen, she gave us the skills to replicate the delights in our own! We brought so much home too which was a treat. I am a returning customer several times over. The caramels are quite possibly the nicest I have ever eaten. I was day dreaming about working there the other day wondering how many I’d get to eat lol. I also got the Macadamia Brittle, which I already know is the absolute bomb. I’ll be back!!

I received an Easter Gift Box of Beautiful New Farm Chocolates. Milk Chocolate Rocky Road, Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bark, Milk Chocolate Coated Pretzels and Chocolate and candy coated Almonds. Every bite has been Pure Deliciousness. I’ve never known chocolate to taste so good. I’m now adding these to my “gift giving” list.

When my family organised for us to attend the $170 Easter Egg Workshop, my first thought was: holy moly, that’s a lot of money! I couldn’t see how it could possibly be worth it. But oh my goodness — I was so wrong. It was worth every single penny, and then some! Dawn was an absolutely amazing facilitator. She ran the class with such effortless ease — fun, helpful, and full of warmth. You really felt like she was on your side, which is something rare, but it makes such a huge difference. Usually, at events like this that involve food decorating, there can be a bit of awkwardness — not knowing what you can or can’t do. But not in this class! You have total freedom to create whatever you want. If that means putting every single topping into one egg — go for it! You get to do it your way, and there’s no pressure to hold back on the mix-ins. This freedom is what truly made it a standout experience for me — it’s the sole reason I know I’ll be coming back. You honestly feel like a little kid in a candy store, getting to try all these yummy treats without anyone telling you to be careful or use less. That joy and sense of playfulness (and indulgence!) is something really special – so I hope that continues! And you can munch away on the extras, which just adds to the feeling that you’ve stepped into Willy Wonka’s lab! Finally, the quality of the chocolate and the mix-ins is out of this world. Honestly, it’s the best chocolate, caramel, and cookie dough I’ve ever had. I’ve already told my family that we are definitely doing this again next year. The only downside to this class? You’ll never look at ‘normal’ chocolate the same way again — because these Easter egg creations are hands down the best I’ve ever tasted.
