Product information
Most of our products are naturally gluten free. This means we do not use ingredients that contain gluten whilst producing these items. Please be aware that we also make products that do contain gluten. These products are made in the same premises. The utmost care is taken when producing and packaging our goods to avoid cross contamination. But please be aware that we are not a "no crumbs" premises. We also offer both dairy free and vegan options. All types of nuts are used in our kitchens.

Dispatch & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Each order is carefully packed with ice to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please note: We do not courier on Fridays to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend where heat damage may occur.
While we do our best to protect your order, we are not responsible for loss or damage once your parcel has been delivered to the nominated address.

International Orders
We do not currently offer international shipping.
This includes all orders containing alcohol, which cannot be sent overseas under any circumstance.

Return to Sender (RTS) Policy – Reshipping Orders
When a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or delivery refusal, we are charged shipping fees both for the original dispatch and the return.
If you'd like us to resend your order, we’re more than happy to do so, however, a flat rate $20 reshipping fee will apply to cover the additional postage costs.
How to Pay for Reshipping:
We’ll send you a secure payment link to cover the new shipping fee. Once paid, we’ll promptly dispatch your order again to the correct address.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer so many different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as ApplePay and others.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information please email us at info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au and we will endeavour to fix. Please note that once the order has left our premises we cannot make any changes.
