Product information
Most of our products are naturally gluten free. This means we do not use ingredients that contain gluten whilst producing these items. Please be aware that we also make products that do contain gluten. These products are made in the same premises. The utmost care is taken when producing and packaging our goods to avoid cross contamination. But please be aware that we are not a "no crumbs" premises. We also offer both dairy free and vegan options. All types of nuts are used in our kitchens.
Your order will be dispatched in 3-5 days business days and because we prioritise quality, every order is packaged with an ice pack to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note that we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your delivery and goods once it has been delivered to your address.
NOTE: WE DO NOT COURIER ON FRIDAYS AS THE RISK OF YOUR PRODUCT MELTING IN A COURIER WAREHOUSE OVER THE WEEKEND CAN BE QUITE HIGH.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Gift boxes that include alcohol (bottles of wine, spirits, etc) will not be shipped internationally. If a gift box that includes alcohol is purchased, the product will be replaced with confectionery items to equal value.
While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives safely and we ship orders with ice packs and appropriate packaging, due to international shipping timelines that are outside of our control, we cannot be held responsible for orders that melt or are damaged in transit. What payment methods can I use?
We offer so many different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as ApplePay and others.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information please email us at info@newfarmconfectionery.com.au and we will endeavour to fix. Please note that once the order has left our premises we cannot make any changes.
